right off the bat of getting guild wars i decided to make a character for every class(i bought all campaigns). This allowed me to enjoy every aspect of guild wars and the classes. Right now i am going for GWAMM on my assassin, but every now and then i hop on a random class, para, rit, ele, warrior and so forth. So i suggest to play a little on everyone till you find the class you love the most and want to dedicate some major time to, or just really have fun with the game like it was intented and when you get bored with one class go play the some fun builds on another. I hope this helped you in some way.

Playing around with the an ER/Domination build. As far as I can see, just spamming the two Wastrel's Spells and nothing else is actually enormously effective if you have a decent Mesmer midline keeping everyone suitably shut down. Also, don't discount the self heal from ER, depending on the area you can pretty much serve as a tank getting like 100+ heal every second if you are spamming fast enough.

Im really having fun with an Invoke air build in pve. With a 40/40 air set I can keep rolling out Invokes right and left.
